Drew Davenport County assessments aren't the same as market value.There is usually a long delay between assessments, they usually don't see the interior of the house, and are only doing assessments so they can allocate out the operating budget across residential and commercial properties.You need to pull comps for the area.

I am looking for a reliable interior/exterior painter in the Akron/Canton area with reasonable prices. 

It is comprised of 6 brick buildings with 4 units in each building.      5 buildings are boarded up and in the need of significant repair including electric, plumbing, mechanicals,   drywall, kitchens, windows, bathrooms, and all interior cosmetic repairs.
