you can ask for whatever you want, but understand that most contractors dont listen. especially if you have not worked with them before.you are climbing a steep hill.. get your winter gear, ice picks, snow gloves and bundle up. will be a long trip to the top. is it worth it?

Heading back to Venice at the end of April and wish I was going now as we are looking at 5 days of non-stop snow in the Springs!

For example, you shouldn't be receiving calls about clogged drains, you shouldn't be cutting the grass or doing snow removal, you shouldn't be physically collecting rent.

The lease states the tenant is responsible for snow, ice, and lawn so I would think that helps but mainly curious if anyone else has run into a similar situation and what the impacts of the insurance could be after this.
