Below is my long term game plan/ strategy to financial freedom.  

In this game we are targeting properties.... but we are also targeting unsophisticated sellers. 

But don't play games with me because I will out game a newbie every time.

If tenants want out early, you can let them out of it, enforce the lease terms strictly, or negotiate something in between.

To me, this is what it means to be a truly professional RE investor, as opposed to a gambler ... not saying that I'm 100% there yet, but this is the end game for me at least.

This document is all about how UDAP (Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices) is actually not properly enforced in most states.

When you put up the sign that says "no parking" and "tow zone" you set an expectation that you, the property owner, would enforce that.You also need to be aware of towing laws for your jurisdiction.

As they say "numbers don't lie" but some in this game edit numbers let's say when financial gain in their favor.

How can I enforce that they get it up to code and continue-if I complete this purchase.
