Conferences, events, seminars, etc?

If there is anyone who has any experience in DE, Eastern shore MD markets please reach out as I am trying to fully immerse myself in my goals to financial freedom.

I’ve used US bank (min loan 35k on purchase), capital one (doesn’t do home loans anymore) and a local bank in eastern NC.

James, have you thought of going to the conferance.

We're not a vacation spot so most people that stay with us for a night or two are in the area for an event of some type such as a graduation, wedding, conference, etc.

I’ve got an office and conference room if you want to use it for the meeting.

However, recently I started noticing that in the Eastern Birmingham area, most homes, acquired by Out of State Investors (California, vegas, etc) are just left to Rot.

We are investors in south Puget Sound for SFR, and also MF in eastern WA.  

I came here in the mid 2000's for a conference at the Broadmoor, and knew that I'd live in Colorado someday.
