I'm looking for something easy to install but looks almost exactly like the pre-finished hardwood above.

But when we had the next leaky washer complaint, my wife promised her she'll try DIY.

I'm curious to hear responses because my 2nd floor tenants are leaving as of tomorrow and I plan on installing vinyl planks in that unit as well.

Understandable.I wonder if I should just refinish it or try some DIY repair?

I didn't get to installing app on our smartphone to do remote deposits yet, in case we have to deposit checks remotely.

This is used to store gardening tools used for yard maintenance and other miscellaneous items; hoses that I remove from faucets and store away during the winter, my left over bag of concrete for those quick DIY jobs, ladders, etc. 

A "new water heater + installation" invoice is not for a normal annual expense, so if you can prove that's what it was then that expense can be 'added back.'

Last week I hired a contractor to install 2 water heaters at a duplex.  

Even said the gas company would come out, install a gas line straight to it with no cost(too good to be true) All he does is install the gas meter & new AC unit for $6k.

To me, if HVAC could be installed for $7500 for 3 units..
