I tried to find the code for installing GFCI outlets but no luck was looking on HUD.gov and local building commission.

Depending on the cost of tuition, books and other expenses, the time it will take to get your degree and the probability that you will find a job making the kind of money you are seeking and other unexpected factors; is this a good ROI?

We would like to remove this drywall, which has an electrical outlet on it, so that we can put a full sized fridge in that corner where the current close is.

Also, several little unexpected items during the rehab.

If you are renting a garage space, it will be unfeasible to connect an outlet to the tenant's electric meter and instead it might be worthwhile investing a bit to install a fee based charging station. 

.; rates go way up, the property has major unexpected capex, vacancy is high, etc., etc.).  ...in fact, I'd say that ALL investors should create a "worst case scenario" model when analyzing any property...although that worst case scenario may not occur, knowing what it would look like will help you make a better decision.Good luck out there!

There were no struggles or un-expected issues.

During our rehab process a big unexpected cost came up, missed by appraiser and HUD consultant alike (a modification to bring the space to code, but was not noted before or included in the rehab and loan cost).

Most of my prospective tenants are 30-somethings and want privacy and wi-fi, preferably high-speed...So I have tried a little device that plugs into the wall outlet that is suppose to reach other connections...but it does not work to the house in back...any other suggestions.
