There are no Pit Cats, only Pet Cats.Cats don't bark all day while the tenant is at work.Cats bury their "Business" either outdoors or in a liter box.Cats don't scratch and gouge doors wanting to get out.Repair workers (and you) are not afraid of going into units with cats (unless maybe it's a lion).I think cats make good tenants (quiet and get along with others), dogs have more downsides to them.Just my 2 cents.
