(My gut feel)A 250 - 300k could buy only 3 condos with 25% down in this area(I only prefer professional livable areas).

Other towns will be considered also, but above towns are what I prefer presently.

Few BP mates recommended the longest term is preferable over the rates, since the tenant is paying it which I agree as well.

There are always things we cannot control and we prefer to have budgeted for them.
