You don’t want to pay “B+” area prices only to realize after closing that you were on the neighborhood border and your property is actually in a B-/C+.

At first I wasn't planning on investing until I realized the potential.

I think most STR owners/managers realize that AirBnB is going to do whats best for AirBnB in any situation, just like McDonalds Corp is going to do whats best for McDonald Corp, not necessarily the franchisee.

Hello everyone, As I sit here reading a stack of REI books and real estate salesmanship books I realized how often I read lines in my books like this, *please note I’m paraphrasing these may not be exact quotes  “I do this because I love it” and “If you’re not passionate it, it will end up feeling like a job” “I have to try and not talk about it with my wife” “It’s the last thing I’m thinking about when I fall asleep” ”REI is my favorite hobby” and so forth..Wow I think to myself, that’s some passion!! 

People need to realize the rules and limitations of these forbearance programs before they just decide to stop paying their mortgages.
