I've taken all the major options to consideration such as book keeping, accounting, taxes, payments, maintenance/trouble calls, price of software etc.At this point, I'm looking for the most balanced option that will best help protect myself and my assets.

Hello Carlos,I can help you analyze this deal, but you need go provide more info, what is the ARV, what is the purchase price, is it rent ready, are you going to have to do any rehab.

As you may know, a good portion of your monthly rent will not go in your pocket, it will go to the constant maintenance, upkeep, repairs, taxes and the like.Fourth, ask yourself... if you have a vacancy, the economy goes in the tank, you have huge unexpected repairs, etc....will your tenants chip in to help you out?
