Specific Business License: If I create an LLC specifically for the property management side of things, can I obtain a specific business license for this?

Would it be wise or unwise to factor income from the STR into my budget therefore affording me a higher purchase price? 

Many contractors are not good at budgeting hence need quick and timely payments.

Make a relationship with a broker/agent/agency (specifically independent) rather than a carrier.

Here is my flow: Furnished Finder to generate leads and manage calendars-> BP state-specific leases + DocuSign for lease signings -> RentRedi for the rest (payments and reminders, maintenance requests, etc.)I have no problem with RentRedi.

Wanted to check if that is true and if it is just lender specific or are there any legal laws around it.Thanks
