I have shiny object syndrome all the time and have trouble staying laser focused on a set criteria. 

So you have to ask yourself, what is your objective for having the LLC, and what makes the most sense for you in your situation.  

Needless to say, we get inundated with emails and phone calls... which while that maybe sounds bad, is the object of having a listing.  

A mold specialist assessed the damage recently and concluded there was mold and a leak was likely coming from inside the wall.

For now finding someone that will give you a loan in the mid 100s is the objective.

But every customer service rep and executive resolution specialist I talk to at USAA says they've never heard of that confirmation number.The closing attorney partner is saying they will do all they can to save the deal, but the seller is trying to close on their purchase at the same time and those lenders will start to put pressure on him, probably by tomorrow (which would be 48 hours after I initiated the transfer).  

There are many shiny objects in real estate, the investors who flourish are the ones who stick to their guns.
