Sounds like you plan to rent it out and you may need to do a bit more all at once.

It also sounds like not everything was reduced to writing as it was discussed/negotiated.

At first a JV type of relationship would be welcomed.I've been researching the differing "systems" offered and they mostly sound like sales pitches to get subscribers.
