One of the units has a brand new furnace and the other unit has a furnace that looks straight out of Sanford and Son.

He does not have a real interest in real estate, I am not trying to sell him on it, but just want to expose him and do something we can do together as father and son.  

The REI club here in GR has a meetup over at BW3's on 44th street SW.

He was the husband of the woman who ran the daycare where my son went to school so I knew he was well-established in the area, was young and eager, professional (in communication, bid, and company appearance) and very personable.OK-- looking back at my post so far, I'm realizing fully describing everything that occurred on that project would take a VERY long post.

I also wouldn't let being a part time REI stop me from being a Boy Scout dad with my oldest son or stop him from being a Boy Scout.

The seller was living in a 2 bedroom unit and their son was occupying the studio, and we planned to combine the two.  

He passed the torch to his son Gil who stands on his dad's shoulders and does great things. 

Basically the renters are demanding that she put up a privacy fence because they have a son with autism and it is necessary according to them.
