Hey there BP friends- I am looking for any recommendations the community can offer for a great MTR property management company.

This was super annoying to us and in response, we said we don't have time to waste, so whatever you need to tell us in a month, you can share now.

I'm sharing my experiences so others can learn from my mistakes.  

The issue I have is that the section 8 office takes a few weeks after leases are signed to issue the contract and declare the tenant's vs th PHA share. 

There was not much of a negotiation as we got in on a Ryan homes community very early.

Rent is so crazy here young professionals are willing to pay 800 a month for a bedroom with shared bath.

Manufacture homes are affordable and a great o get into home investing, Weather you are putting the on private land or using a community these can be great investments.
