I think it would only be fair if there was a bailout package for landlords whose tenants are unable to go to work, or to send their kids to school, and thus unable to afford basic expenses like rent.

I decided to get my license because I was into investing since I was about 17 and new that was the “big investment vehicle” and I wanted to learn as much about it as I could and saw that my high school had a night school class for adults for real estate and I went for it!
