A client of mine (buy and hold investor) would like to begin acquiring properties in Dallas and Houston and she asked that I refer her to an agent in both areas.I am looking for an agent who is familiar with analyzing all the various aspects (Sales and Rental Comps, Cash flow, ROI, COC return, etc)  of buy and hold investment opportunities as well as someone who I can trust will honor the referral fee we agree upon.

@Iris OrtizIf you get the unmotivated seller that wants retail you could refer him/her to a realtor.  

This will greatly reduce the Pavlovian stress of tenant calls.SCREEN YOUR TENANTS...background checks, employment verification, check references etcetera.  

Get creative and offer a small reward for referrals (if the referals successfully get into a park, and they purchase or rent your MH).

Can anyone refer a good, investor oriented Real Estate agent in the area? 

I was referring to first month (Always get that of course!)

I have also served on a local Historic Preservation Commission (the renovation taste "police" as some unhappy campers refer to it).

I'm looking for direction as to where to begin, websites to reference, etc...
