Properties of this size have many more uses than purely rental income properties.Think families that want in law suite, or college age children etc...

But from a pure numbers standpoint, they don't stack up the properties we have rehabbed and now manage ourselves. 

I'd love to connect with anyone looking to brainstorm or trade thoughts and ideas as well - and I'm always down for a cup of coffee, weeknight drink, or weekend lunch.

My wife and I bought gallons and bottles of water for all 3 tenants so they could at least have a drink and brush their teeth.

I'm very happy with it and I think it's the type of thing you are looking for.For pure cloud file sharing and backup, I have mixed feelings.
