I will suggest this.... get in front of multiple lenders, ask for any grants that may be available, or other programs that might offer down payment assistance... usually for certain neighborhoods the city/county is trying to spur investment within. 

The IRA is handled and reported in the same fashion, but instead of just focusing on the public exchanges, they can document an IRA investment into shares of privately held stock, crowdfunds, private mortgage notes and the like.

hey to answer your question I havent get into the programs that are available now but back in 2012 I wholesale a property in Arkansas from Florida..

You may have been speaking with someone about the wrong kind of funding and program.

You then can make additional payments, or setup an accelerated program to pay it off as you might choose. 

Not looking to sign up for someone 'system' exclusively since we've already done one program.

But, I also purchased an education package from Robert Kiyosaki's training program.

I am still in, and managing a large scale maintenance program for the National Guard on a full time basis. 

Trying to research as much as i can before bidding on a property.I have access to public recorded documents, such as mortgages on properties, however on properties that have multiple mortgages to the same person on the same house through the same lender, i cant seem to determine which lien holder position is foreclosing (1st mortgage or 2nd mortgage).
