Days on Market (DOM) since Q3 of last year.Single-family residence values continue rising and are selling for nearly 9% more than last year - National average for home sale price increases is 4% since last year per one of BP's most recent podcasts.Multifamily properties in Queens have sold for a median price nearly 6% above last year, jumping from $1,058,000 in Q3 '24 to $1,120,000 in 2024.Lastly, despite inventory increases, the # of sold properties has declined when compared to last year.

I have 5 properties, a mix of short and mid term rentals.

Especially in a tenant-friendly state.I recommend looking for an attorney with a LOT of eviction experience.

Which one should I use of the less expensive/ simpler lot. 

"The house band located at the sink on the right side of the house, to the left of the front entryway, and along the rear wall is discolored and decayed in a manner typical of water damage.

I put up one of my properties for sale and I received a verbal offer that I liked but the agent is asking if would be willing to accept 20% and interest only financing for 2 years.
