I have been saving up and building my credit with hopes of making purchases after prices begin bottom according to my own thesis on what I expect to play out in the global economy over the next several years.While I cannot speak on behalf of all RE markets far and wide, I think this thesis represents many major cities where Foreign RE was invested in heavily (Think LA, Seattle, Bay Area, New York, Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, London, and many many cities in Europe).

When I spoke to them about the situation I told the tenant this was unacceptable and disgusting... now she says I am a different culture from her and the way I speak to her is not "ok" and she made it sound like I was being prejudice when I mention all the things that are wrong with the property......I do like them , they are a nice family just might be a bit clueless or just playing dumb, have ad a leaking faucet for years and never mentioned it... etc etc..

With the rise of the internet and the insane price of cable, I have been without live television for over a decade now, but it was recently brought to my attention that antenna TV still exists, and it's now digital and in HD.Bought a cheap indoor flat antenna just to play around with it.

How low would you have to go to make it work, how high would the rents have to be, is there a way for you to meter the units so you don’t have to pay for utilities, play with different finances and strategies.
