Negotiation made a lot of things possible.Someone told me, "This is simple; these people are beginners."

These are actual instances of people not understanding what entrepreneurship is about1.

So it was a big waste of time, unfortunately.

I look at the vehicles, are they 20 year old economy cars on their last legs, or are they newer vehicles that people are making payments on at a legitimate car dealership vs a buy and pay here joint.

Typically, many people would pick a lender purely based on rates and pricing.

Sometimes people complain about the cost of cleaning.
