Wyoming law is ... well different, It has only been in the last ten years we have put a law on the books about tenants rights on having running water, and even then you have to send written notice to the landlord if you do not have running water before you can withhold rent.

Around the holidays, I have sent Christmas cards or even given Visa gift cards or dropped of bottle of Wine/Vodka on Christmas Eve, since I most if not all of my tenants have children, I figured that the parents need something for themselves.
