An article I read once before said that you have to pay it off and sell the first house to get the entitlement back so you can buy your second.Will refinancing the home to another lender get your entitlement back?

I'm learning so much from the podcast and articles.

I'll say start reading blog posts (articles) here on bp, attend the Wednesday evening webinars, listen to podcasts, follow forum categories you are interested in, search for topics in the forums, grab some books ( you can always search for most recommended ones).

My concern is that some emergency will happen or a maintenance request will be submitted that needs attention before I will return and I will not be able to handle it.As a result, I have called numerous South Bend handyman services but none seem to offer 24h service or answer calls.My question is, how did some of you smaller landlords handle this issue?

I'll check out Appfolio as well - heard that mentioned numerous times on the podcast and I'd rather learn these now while we are small!
