Are there any good softwares I can use for book keeping?

Selling software these days is easy and in a relatively untouched industry like construction, I saw a huge opportunity and again I took it.

These range from accountants, software, law firms, loan servicers, loan purchasers, appraisers, and lenders offering white paper and correspondence funding.

(I asked to be part of the observation and to closely monitor the process)Now, I will be putting in a Mechanics lien on the property to get my rehab funds 45k back + I have been offered to take the 25% of the gross profits after the sale which I agreed because I'm gaining knowledge of the whole process and be directly looking into each detail of the project.What do you think of this agreement?

Software like Cozy/Avail are great but limited to only (1) user. 

They are as follows:• Qualified appraisers• Comparable sales data or “comps”• Gross multiplier approach• Capitalization rate method• Essentials of real estate investment analysis software We prefer using a specially designed computer program in conjunction with input from consultants and comparable sales data.

A couple of college friends and I wanted to startup a business by doing small jobs together on the side while gaining experience at firms once we graduate.If anyone is in need of architectural plans or drawings on a home renovation for a contractor or handyman to go by, I would be happy  to help :)I have all the software needed to draft efficiently and effectively (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Can be dealt with by having a smart thermostat monitor inside temps and notify you if something is wrong. 

I'm a CPA with experience in QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting softwares, but I understand the big property management softwares also have the ability to track financials and so much more.
