we won't tackle carpeting. maybe if things were slower i'd give it a shot but for me, it's easier to pay for it and have it done in a day. we do all the painting, plumbing, and electrical work and more. we just finished roofing two separate garage bays consisting of 12 garages with metal roofing. it was fun!

It will eat metal faster than you can blink so not if it has any,,,or dont let it touch.

Account Closed check the cook county assessor site, each district is only open for contesting a few weeks a year, and you won't know till next spring.The benefit to you is you can have your tax payment upon the sale be held in escrow and get a refund if it gets lowered.I cook county everyone contests their taxes, I don't think buyers correlate the two.

The client cannot be held responsible for this error, logically.I agreed to proceed with the new terms even though his (lack of) professionalism, and the 60%LTV, is not sitting right with me.

After removing all the trash, the house was so bad it needed to be demoed.And another hoarders house, after family took the valuables, and furniture people took the furniture, and scrap people took the metals, we still had THREE 40 yard dumpsters of trash.And at another place the outside looked fairly good, but inside the finished basement was submersed in 2 feet of water for 2 years, yuck!
