Those that don't stay ahead of the curve will be left behind.I'd be more concerned about the various factors playing into home ownership trends if your investment vehicle is SFH - such as home ownership among millennials, aging population, consumer and student debt, etc.

The lease and the Option are 2 completely separate agreements, with no mention of the other one in each contract.Never give rent credits.

@Ben Miculob Like previously mentioned in most cities in the State of Texas, all a general contractor has to do to pull permits is register with the city, which may include providing proof of insurance, possibly references, and in some cases authorizing a background check.
