@Kyle Neff I only invest in Baltimore city for the same reason I mentioned.  

It's relatively close to everything and is pretty much smack dab in the middle of the areas you've visited.Each area you mentioned has different features as I'm sure you noticed when visiting. 

It might be similar to the fence mentioned above.

You didn't mention which market this is, so I can't give more specific advice.

You did not mention what the FMV value of the house is.
