The biggest concern I always have is with travel medical professionals who work long shifts and leave their pet indoors.

Columbus is your best bet, it has seen great appreciation with many new jobs being created from large expansions by companies such as Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's Hospital and Wexner Medical Center.

This is due in large part to major corporations like Intel, Honda, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Wexner Medical Center investing heavily in the region and creating numerous job opportunities.

I was able to do this and totally replaced my medical device income to the point I was able to retire and have complete financial freedom.

The key is to rent to grad students and medical students.  

This is probably the single most common booking site for travel medical professionals.

North, South, East, and West is the best way to detail Scranton.East Scranton is one of my favorites, it houses the Medical College, two Universities, and two large hospitals.West Scranton is starting to be over-run by gangs and drugsNorth Scranton is off the beaten path but can still offer good opportunitiesSouth Scranton was the rough neighborhood for a while but now it is up and coming.

There are a bunch of medical offices around in addition to the military and the tourism so you really can't go wrong.
