I am moving into the smaller unit, the mother in law suite, as a live in flip and renting out the main house once it is rehabbed.

The old policy was better IMO for the regions, such as Lehigh Valley, that are further from the DIG main meeting - that old policy allowed those new to DIG to get a sample of the meetings they would be more likely to regularly attend.

I see a lot of people waste homeowners valuable time for potential resolutions because they are unaware of all the factors relating to the foreclosure and details of the debt associated with property. 

I’m also interested in rehabbing a few properties off of Salem or off Main Street by the river with the intention of moving into that neighbourhood as Dayton continues to develop.

And I'm trying to get as many of these deals as I can under contract but with anything money is always the factor. 

Mainly things are cosmetic but still costly and from what I can tell, I'm sure a new roof is in order.

The layout of the main floor is below and I'm struggling with how to update the kitchen.

My first main "question/concern" would be does the conservative figure justify the risk.

Our main concern now is the time it takes to clean and store linens as we still do this work ourselves.
