You might get closer to 35% with higher rental rates in luxury new construction buildings however I doubt that is the case where you are looking.

I for one am glad to hear that the courts are looking out for homeowners that bought on this course and saw these new owners for what they are really doing which was buying prime land for extremely cheap to make a buck and having no regard for all the homeowners that would have lost a ton of value in the meantime.If you were holding off on buying that luxury home on Legacy Golf Course due to this dispute now might be the time to make that move.

While I think nightly rates may go down during a recession, I don't anticipate a crippling hit, for a couple of reasons - 1) these drive-able destinations are going to suffer less than destinations that require flying, and 2) luxury properties will be the first to feel the hit, because those luxury travelers will start looking for mid-range properties instead.
