Hi Molly,Since, you are merely using one loan to pay off another, it doesn't seem like an efficient use of capital (especially if the loan you are paying for the primary has low rates).

Rates are still historically low, and I’ve seen with clients refinancing they may have a higher loan (from pulling cash out) but their over all monthly payment is comparable to what they are used to because of the lower rate.

I use a cheap pair of $20 bluetooth earbuds, and listen at low volume, so I can hear if someone starts talking to me, but turning up the volume may even be enough for you.
