you can learn alot of lessons - both good and bad, and you can earn some nice money if you do well.the thing about setting goals to "be an investor" is, YOU HAVE TO, AT SOME POINT, ACTUALLY GO OUT AND DO IT.so i say, if you're half way through your real estate course - finish that sucker up - -STICK TO SOMETHING.and as far as all real estate agents being worthless blah blah blah.
