The credit card thing has never been an issue until recently, when I needed to rent a car in the next (very remote) town over.

Aloha,While I am sure in many rural areas it would not be an issue, generally the USPS only delivers mail to addresses from the property tax records.To split utilities, it largely depends on how they are currently configured.

I also live at home with my parents when on my off days.My issue lies here.

Hello BiggerPockets fam,Curious to gain some insight on an issue that was brought to my attention at my rental property. 

I have been having a few recurring issues in different rentals and I have been debating on buying my own sewer scope.

My wife and I are interested in going in on an investment with my sister and brother-in-law.

We didn't know how the refinance laws worked in Texas.

But if the newbie won’t put the effort in to learn (1) the principles of real estate (2) real estate law and basic real estate finance I won’t make the effort to share the benefit of my knowledge and experience.
