You don't have staff at the desk 24/7, you don't have 20 other rooms next-door to clean if a guest decides they want to stay longer, and you are not (despite many peoples' perception) a large multinational billion-dollar corporation. #3 Allow yourself some grace.

If you decide to go Sec 8, you will want to maintain a good working relationship with the housing authority staff, so it is another layer in the LL/tenant relationship.

@Diane Stinebaugh I have seen the street addresses specifically as the LLC's but personally I like referencing something cheeky...mostly for me its Harry Potter locations and references...or I've heard of chess moves being used, or their is even a company I know of locally that is call "two labs" because the owner has two Labradors and thats what he liked.

I know a few others in the industry that have gotten quite wealthy doing this.. and they have big productions big staff big budgets etc..

A 3600 Sf dental lab 2 doors down sold for $900k a few months ago. 500 feet away as at Saco and Pendleton has another 200 condo units going in.
