Actually most any bank will list a mortgage app check list.

On top of what others have said, through short term rental apps (Airbnb/VRBO etc.) and property managers, or Craigslist, you are meeting these tenants as a landlord, and not as an (insert rank here)...It wouldn't be an issue because you didn't use rank to persuade.

And if you are crazy into optimizing, like me, you can use a tool called Zapier - which automates workflows between apps.

Is there such thing as an app we can both sign into, and I can pay them monthly automatically, and it factors in the amortized loan automatically?

Make sure you get copies of the current lease, the apps, and the security deposit.When the lease is up you can have them sign a new one but most leases revert to a month to month automatically and I just leave it that way.And congrats!
