Unfortunately, I do own investment properties abroad that are still financed, so any lender that has experience with this would be much appreciated, the lack of experience in that regard has been a painful, and long underwriting process at first when I bought and then again when I refinanced my home a few years ago...

I have only been using the bank accounts to pay business/property bills and pay down related debts, he has been using the business bank account for anything and everything from purchasing vehicles to other personal non related investments.

@B RyansRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I initially was going to do a commercial loan and purchase my next house as an actual investment property, but financially it made a lot more sense for me to move into it and put a lot less money down upfront and have a lower interest rate.
