In the startup process, we call this the "BUILD MEASURE LEARN FEEDBACK LOOP"For example, we make a decision to add a feature, then we do split tests, measure the results, and then make a decision based off those results.What I am saying is, I am willing to learn to do due diligence, do precise analysis etc, but I am just absolutely tired of shooting in the dark (or at least watching my dad shoot in the dark).

I just went over to  a house I have been considering buying over the past few months , and did a Lead Paint test on various spots on the exterior of the house...... and sure enough, it tested positive for Lead paint.My question/concern is ..... what will be required to get the house appraised and or Inspected and approved for an FHA 203K loan ?

Here in so cal before we can take dirt (soil) to a landfill, we have to have soils testing done on it and submit beforehand!

@TAWANNA HENRY.......No affiliation with NACA.....but i can tell you it is a very legit program.I looked into it intensely, went to one of their workshops and even got a registration email to submit my documents.
