I ripped out the 2 inch thick, metal lath/concrete/pink tile walls (that apparently were really popular in this area) so I am going to have to retile the entire shower already anyway.

Go with a location that is already popular and making money and that it's a good location.

At this point i decided i will get two quotes for siding from reputable companies and if its still over my budget i will just have the sides painted.In buffalo vinyl siding is pretty popular because a lot of the homes are very old and the wood is not in the best condition.

So which one is more popular or appropriate for BRRR?
