That sounds like good advice.For those you are not familiar with SERIES LLCS, they are not available in all 50 states (yet), but as they become more popular, I believe they will be.

As a former teacher, I've seen how bad things have become in the past decade, and it isn't going to get better any time soon.What's worse is that popular culture is embracing the misuse of words and the media propagates it as well.Its the dumbing down of American Society, and it is happening in front of our very eyes.

It is nearly guaranteed that anything near the water will eventually grow (how soon or how much... who knows) but Manhattan isn't big enough for everyone that wants to be there so people will want to be as close as they can... hence why 10 years ago JC was nothing and now its a mini Manhattan.
