Have the attorney look at the suit as to the nature of the claims.The priority of liens depends on state law and the nature of the lien, while a first mortgage usually has priority they could be government claims, taxes and fines that could take priority.

Since 70% of people are retirerees, I wasn't too concerned about jobs in the area, however here's what is going on according to city's chamber of commerce:major public employers are school, library, post office, county government; major private employers are Safeway, a few copper mines, real estate.

@Jerry Kisasonak We started out with the standard government lease which is 4-pages of actual lease and 5 pages of excerpts from the Residential Tenancy Act which explain the obligations of both parties.

They are not governed by your fannie/freddie, We use Self directed roth IRA money and Self directed Roth 401k money to achieve our investment goals...Oh, won't disclose any more info on this topic as my colleagues have their minds made up that what we do is not possible, I'm glad, perhaps the people they don't find from not believing will end up lending to me.
