I put up one of my properties for sale and I received a verbal offer that I liked but the agent is asking if would be willing to accept 20% and interest only financing for 2 years.

Only way you made money on this deal, and avoided everyting being eaten up with title & recording fees and transfer taxes, was by flipping the contract - also known as wholesaling.Why can't you just call it what it is?

My desire would be to tender a contract to purchase the property, pay off their loan while ensuring the owner receives fair compensation and I receive the house.

These things are supposed to be cash-flow cows right?
