Just dont mistake your time as "free".If you do your due diligence in all your figures ( labor, materials, purchase, sale etc ) and dont deviate from them, the hourly rate should be irrelevant.Each person has a different thought process on what their "minimal" profit would be due to their lifestyle and part of the country, that is your personal preference on where you want to go with your investing career.
