The book you recommended is also great, I used to listen to audiobooks when doing household chores, that keeps my daily efficient especially I don't have a lot of spare time.

I'm getting lost in the numbers and can't tell which combination is the most cost efficient while achieving my 3 goals.

If you build this efficiently and automate it, you can easily turn it into a passive income stream.  

Whilst I'm in full agreement that third-party laundry suppliers are more than likely skimming coins, it would be difficult to efficiently collect coins on a fixed schedule across so many properties.I'd imagine some communities could be overflowing with coins quickly, whilst others might be much slower.Are you tracking usage/coins over time, per property?

Goodman 96% High Efficiency furnace & I believe it was a 2ton a/c condenser (17 seer).
