Oh and they'd have to start picking up their dog's poop--as stated in the pet agreement, which they haven't been doing.The only real issue for me at this point is, I just don't know if I want to continue to have them as tenants.What are your experiences & advice?

Also, if you live in Michigan, you're REQUIRED to have this in your lease:"A tenant who has a reasonable apprehension of present danger to him or her or his or her child from domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking may have special statutory rights to seek a release of rental obligation under MCL 554.601b."
