Any strategy can be misleading and dangerous in the wrong hands.  

Not particularly dangerous and usually pretty shy.  

I have generic language on keeping the property in a neat and clean condition and nothing can increase a fire danger in the unit. 

The actual danger is minimal from doing something like drilling a hole.

multi family homes are hard to find around me without going into lower class dangerous areas and nearly impossible to find one that's less then 70 years old. do you guys focus much on the foundation of the home?

The main reason for verifying each applicant is that one of the occupants may be dangerous or otherwise not tenant-worthy.Likewise, you may need to soften your policy in the case of any family member who is incapacitated and under a tenant’s care.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - we are in a very dangerous part of the cycle now, requiring solid expertise.
