The procedure that I followed at RIT seemed cumbersome while working there, however, I've been adopting their format.Namely, At the end of the week all receipts are logged into a spreadsheet with Date, Vendor, Amount, Description, category.

Assuming the subfloor extends up below the show, the water could well be coming from the shower pan or the drain conection, then running along the subfloor.From your description, this is a stand along shower, not a shower in a tub.

Even if his current lease does not stipulate the exact order in Taz's description, but does state your example, due on 4th and tenant has consistantly paid late with no late fees to date, the contract still states it is due on the 4th and late thereafter, regardless of what the tenant tells the judge.

The one thing I like to do is create a free info guide or include an extra bonus in the blog post on my site and that I leave it out of the video and tell everyone in the video I have a free download or a few more tips on my site about that topic and tell them to click the link in the description to access the blog post.

Anyone not agreeing could be sued, and they would probably lose.It's also an oversight by the party who sold off parcels along the roadway, if one subdivided.The agreement names each property by description and stipulates how and when road maintenance is to be made as well as how expenses will be shared and how payable including enforcement.
