Three months later, I regretted the decision because someone dinged my door and I realized I could have had the same tax benefits with a used vehicle for half the price.Long story short, I think you should continue sacrificing until you've reached your goal.

After a few month I decided to sell the condo and I told her about my decision and she told me that she will start working on it.

I have an agent and she has given me listing without this info and I find it very hard to make a decision without this info.

You're in a pickle for sure, but don't let emotion over rule good sound financial decisions.

I’m going to see how the tenants attitude and behavior progresses for a couple of months to make my final decision but I was thinking of not renewing the lease to get around the eviction issue because I don’t have to renew a lease.
