Sometimes I scratch my head and wonder how some of our brethren are advising their customers. 

@Rachel Luoto I’ve been threatened by these litigious customers quite a few times.

As a builder i try to have very accurate allotments for every part of the rehab, whether its my property or a paying customers.   

I had a customer  had a 24 by 24 garage with a 7 ft high door . he wanted to get his conversion van in the garage .

Are you also good with computers, problem-solving, customer service, etc? 

I only have 49 units but I have had no problems and their customer service is great. 

I used the "Find An Agent" button, but the only two agents I found worked strictly in the Tampa Bay area, so I struck  out there.Does anyone know of a good realtor that specializes in VRBO in Siesta Key FL ?

They are HEAVY as mentioned above but you can have some very nice results at a third of the cost of custom granite (about $15 per sq. ft.).
