Basically you don't want any cross contamination from the sampler or anything else that would give you a positive test (bad).Hope this helps!

I just know that they need to be done a certain way as per the law and that what I'm trying to do, but you keep insinuating that I'm trying to cross a line.

If you want to build up a passive rental portfolio, out of state investing  (potentially through a turn-key platform) could be the way to go since property values are much lower and returns potentially better.

Many of these expenses can be pushed to tenant with SFH, but then you run the risk that they will not take care of the landscaping.I think you can cross snow removal off of your list if you are in El Cajon!
